Technical Co-Founder application data
This notice explains how EngageMinty uses personal information submitted through the Technical Co-Founder application.
What we collect
Information needed to assess and respond to your application.
This may include your name, email address, telephone number, country, time zone, contact preferences, professional background, expected involvement, opportunity details, research, traction, budget range and preferred working structure. We also retain limited technical security records, such as a protected hash derived from the submitting IP address.
Please do not provide trade secrets, source code, special-category personal data or other confidential technical information in the initial application.
How we use it
Application assessment and communication only.
We use the information to review suitability, prevent abuse, contact you about the application, arrange a fit conversation where appropriate, and maintain an accurate record of the process. Submitting an application does not subscribe you to marketing.
Contact
We may contact you by email, telephone or WhatsApp while considering your preferences and time zone where reasonably possible.
Access
Application records are available only to authorised EngageMinty administrators and relevant professional advisers where necessary.
Sharing
We do not sell application data. Service providers may process limited data where needed to host, secure or deliver the application workflow.
Retention and control
Inactive or unsuccessful applications are retained for up to 12 months.
We may retain information longer when an application progresses into an active commercial relationship, where a legal obligation applies, or where needed to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
You may ask to access, correct or delete your application information, or object to particular processing, by emailing hello@engageminty.com. Some information may need to be retained where the law permits or requires it.
If the opportunity progresses, any additional confidentiality, ownership and data-processing arrangements will be addressed in the relevant written agreements.
