Custom software development built around your business.
Design and deliver bespoke business software, customer portals and system integrations when off-the-shelf products cannot support the customer journey or operation properly.
Custom software should earn the cost of being custom.
The first decision is not which technology to build with. It is whether a genuine gap exists, what the business must own and whether configuring or integrating an existing product would solve it better.
When bespoke delivery is justified, EngageMinty keeps the customer journey, operational reality and long-term ownership visible throughout the project.
Purchase a defined discovery before committing to a build
Technology Discovery turns one business problem into evidence, decisions and a practical implementation route.
Technology Discovery
£399 one time
Pre-session brief and one focused 90-minute workshop
One defined problem and review of up to three relevant existing systems
Requirements and constraints mapping
High-level recommended architecture or technical route
Written implementation scope
Fixed-price proposal where the available evidence supports one
Project credit: the £399 is credited against an accepted implementation project worth at least £2,000 when the project begins within 30 days of the proposal.
Bespoke implementation remains individually scoped and quoted. Source-code or security audits, detailed data-migration design, multiple unrelated workflows, procurement exercises and complex discovery are separately scoped.
Technology Discovery is a fixed £399 entry product. Bespoke implementation remains individually quoted because cost depends on requirements, integrations, data, security, ownership and delivery risk.
When is the discovery fee credited?
The £399 fee is credited against an accepted implementation project worth at least £2,000 when the project begins within 30 days of the proposal.
Will you recommend an existing product instead?
Yes. If an existing product solves the problem well enough, buying or configuring it may be the better commercial decision.
What kinds of custom software do you build?
Projects can include focused business applications, internal tools, customer or partner portals, workflow systems, CRM and API integrations, and improvements to useful existing software. Every implementation is scoped around a defined operational or customer problem.
Can you integrate our CRM with other business systems?
Potentially. We first assess system compatibility, APIs, data ownership, permissions, failure handling and support responsibilities. A simple bounded workflow may fit an automation service; broader or custom integration work follows discovery and a written proposal.
Who owns the finished system?
Ownership, licences, third-party services, repositories, hosting, documentation and ongoing responsibilities are stated in the written proposal.
Do you offer Technical Co-Founder arrangements?
Only selectively. Equity or co-founder work is application-led and assessed separately from ordinary client delivery.
Bring the problem before the specification.
Start with a bounded discovery. We will help decide whether to build, buy, connect or improve—and scope the right route honestly.
